Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Creative Designer who can lead campaign thinking, maintain brand consistency, and drive high-impact visual communication across print, digital, and motion platforms.

This role requires ownership of creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and leveraging AI tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Conceptualization

- Lead ideation for campaigns, pitch decks, and brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs into high-impact visual concepts across mediums.
- Present creative directions to internal teams and clients.
- Develop master visual systems for campaign rollouts.

Design Development & Execution

- Oversee and execute press ads, hoardings, brochures, catalogues, packaging.
- Guide digital assets – social creatives, banners, performance ads, emailers.
- Ensure 95%+ brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Approve final artworks before client submission.





Motion & Video Supervision

- Conceptualize reels, animations, and short-form video creatives.
- Supervise video edits for campaign and event films.
- Maintain motion identity consistency (transitions, lower-thirds, overlays).

AI & Automation (Mandatory for Senior Role)

- Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) for concept generation and workflow acceleration.
- Build automated design templates and scalable creative systems.
- Optimize design processes using automation tools (Figma systems, Adobe libraries, prompt frameworks).
- Drive innovation through AI-assisted visual experimentation.

Mentoring & Team Leadership

- Assign tasks to junior designers and review outputs.
- Build internal design SOPs, template systems, and asset libraries.
- Ensure quality control and reduce rework cycles.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Act as creative SPOC for servicing & marketing teams.
- Ensure 90%+ on-time delivery of assigned projects.
- Maintain smooth communication between stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 4–6 years of design experience (Agency preferred).
- Strong portfolio in print, digital, branding, and motion.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color systems, and brand architecture.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows.
- Strong leadership and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
