Job Summary

Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to develop high-quality visual communication for B2B brands, technology companies, digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts based on B2B marketing objectives and campaign strategies.

- Design LinkedIn creatives, carousels, digital advertisements, banners, infographics, and social media assets.

- Create company profiles, brochures, presentations, sales decks, case studies, and marketing materials.

- Develop creative assets for Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital campaigns.

- Design visual assets for websites and landing pages in collaboration with the web team.

- Translate complex business and technical information into clear and engaging visual communication.

- Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across projects.

- Develop reusable design templates and visual systems.

- Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Performance Marketing teams.





- Ensure designs are optimized for different digital platforms and campaign requirements.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, social media, and marketing design.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and composition.

- Experience designing presentations, brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, and infographics.

- Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into creative concepts.

- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

- Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, technology, or corporate design is an advantage.
