We are looking for an exceptional Content Writer with a strong background in writing for well-known companies, leading YouTube channels, established creators, media organizations, or recognized digital brands.

We are not looking for someone who simply writes grammatically correct content. We need a writer who understands storytelling, audience psychology, hooks, research, and how to turn complex ideas into highly engaging content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a proven ability to create content that attracts attention, keeps audiences engaged, and communicates ideas with clarity and personality.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-quality content for YouTube videos, scripts, social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling hooks, narratives, storylines, and content structures.
- Research topics thoroughly and convert complex information into easy, engaging content.
- Write scripts for both short-form and long-form YouTube content.
- Understand different audiences and adapt tone, style, and storytelling accordingly.
- Collaborate with founders, creators, video editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Develop original content ideas and recurring content formats.
- Research competitors, industry trends, successful creators, and high-performing content.
- Write content that is informative, entertaining, persuasive, and brand-aligned.
- Edit and refine content based on feedback while maintaining the original creative intent.
- Ensure accuracy, originality, strong grammar, and a consistent brand voice.
- Stay updated with current trends, internet culture, content formats, and audience behavior.

Requirements

- 3–7+ years of professional content-writing experience.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Exceptional storytelling and research abilities.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and digital content.
- Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and compelling narratives.
- Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, tone, and structure.
- Ability to write for different formats and audiences.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing published work is mandatory.

Preferred Experience
- Previous work with a large YouTube channel or prominent creator.
- Experience writing scripts that have generated 100K+, 500K+, or 1M+ views.
- Experience with documentary, educational, business, finance, technology, lifestyle, or entertainment content.
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, creators, or public personalities.
- Experience with both long-form YouTube scripts and short-form Reels/Shorts.

Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit their portfolio.
