About the role

The Senior Client Account Manager (Sr. CAM – ASP) is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving client satisfaction across assigned accounts. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, handling audits, and contributing to financial planning.

The position requires strong accounting expertise, leadership in process improvement, and the ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and precision

- Financial Management & Reporting

● Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

● Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial data and reporting.

● Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

- Accounts Operations

● Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and proper reconciliation.

● Maintain accurate transaction records and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Taxation, Audit & Compliance

● Assist in tax planning, audits, and compliance with statutory and internal policies.

● Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company financial policies.





- Financial Projects & Process Improvements

● Lead or participate in financial system implementations and process improvement projects.

● Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency within the ASP function

- Client Servicing & Relationship Management

● Serve as the primary financial point of contact for assigned clients.

● Handle client escalations, billing discussions, and audit coordination effectively. ● Maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

● Client handling experience is mandatory.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

● Work closely with management, internal departments, and external auditors.

● Support decision-making with accurate financial data and actionable insights.

- People and Team Management

● Support and mentor team members in client account management, onboarding, and best practices.

● Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.

● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the team and with management.

● Identify and support skill development needs, contributing to career growth and retention.
