Industry: US Logistics | Freight | Transportation

What You’ll Own

- Analyze workflows across freight, operations, billing & customer service
- Identify bottlenecks, process gaps & automation opportunities
- Redesign workflows and build scalable processes
- Translate business needs into requirements, process maps & user stories
- Evaluate TMS, CRM, automation, reporting & AI solutions
- Work with engineering, vendors & business stakeholders
- Define KPIs and measure transformation impact
- Present recommendations directly to senior leadership





What We’re Looking For 7+ years in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Excellence or Operations Transformation

Strong Logistics / Freight / Transportation / Supply Chain exposure

Experience with TMS / ERP / CRM & workflow technologies

Strong process mapping, RCA & requirements gathering skills

Hands-on understanding of Automation, AI & Digital Transformation

Excellent stakeholder management & communication

Comfortable working with US-based teams and leadership

This is NOT a ticket-taking analyst role.

We’re looking for someone who can understand how the business actually works, identify what needs to change, and drive that change from idea implementation measurable impact.
