About the Role

Simpel Techlabs is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of business requirements for our UK-based client engagements. This is not a documentation-only role. You will own the problem from the first customer conversation through requirement gathering, solution definition, development coordination, testing, UAT, and go-live — working directly with UK stakeholders throughout.

What You'll Do

- Lead discovery conversations and requirement-gathering workshops directly with UK stakeholders
- Analyse current business processes and design practical, workable To-Be solutions
- Write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the technical team can build from
- Coordinate daily with developers and QA to keep delivery on track and resolve ambiguity quickly
- Plan and lead UAT sessions with customers, distinguishing genuine defects from new requirements
- Support implementation planning, go-live, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Manage scope and change requests professionally, protecting the project without damaging the relationship
- Communicate proactively, clearly, and professionally with UK customers at every stage of the project

What We're Looking For Must-Have





- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / functional consultant
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Direct client-facing experience
- Hands-on requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Functional documentation (BRD/FRD/user stories)
- Experience running or supporting UAT
- Comfort coordinating directly with developers/QA
- A genuine sense of ownership; comfortable with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work hours overlapping with the UK
