- Monitor revenue leakage and ensure accurate daily billing.
- Audit inpatient bills against patient records and medical files.
- Conduct pharmacy, accommodation, Radiology, Radiation, and Laboratory billing audits.
- Monitor surgery patient billing and ensure daily billing confirmation.
- Coordinate and streamline the patient discharge process and discharge tracker.
- Reconcile daily cash collections; transparent shortages and hand over excess cash to Accounts.
- Ensure daily cash is tallied and deposited in the bank before 8:00 PM.
- Handle inpatient billing grievances and assist patients and bystanders with hospital services and billing-related queries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
