Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.

- Conduct site visits and monitor work as per approved drawings and design standards.

- Review drawings, materials, dimensions, and specifications for accuracy.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.

- Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.

- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned design and documentation work.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion or similar software will be an advantage.

- Valuable knowledge of architectural planning and construction details.

- Strong design and visualization skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
