Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept development through execution while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Manage and coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is in accordance with approved designs and drawings.
- Review construction quality, materials, dimensions, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve design and site-related issues.
- Review and approve drawings, design revisions, and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and understand project requirements, design expectations, and changes.




- Monitor project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.
- Provide technical and design solutions to challenges arising during project execution.

Location & Site Visit Requirements
- Head Office: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
- The candidate will be required to visit project sites as per business/project requirements, including locations such as Upper Thane, Palava, Alibaug, and other project sites across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams is essential.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architecture and project execution.
- Solid experience in architectural design, working drawings, and site execution.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or other relevant architectural software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, specifications, and architectural detailing.
- Experience in consultant and contractor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of applicable building regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling high-end residential, luxury villa, commercial, or large-scale projects.
- Experience managing projects independently from design through execution.
- Experience coordinating multiple consultants and contractors.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring an architectural/design team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
