Experience –

- Experience above 10 years as a Senior Architect / Project Manager. Handled high profile projects.
- Experience on sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in the Architecture sector. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Architecture team in the design and development of various sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects. If you have a strong background in AutoCAD, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Responsibilities:

- Work as Senior Architect / Project Manager for Project Team
- Must have Experience on Sports Project, High Rise Buildings
- Communication with client & consultant team
- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Client management & project coordination skills.
- Technical detailing
- Team management skills.
- To communicate with consultants and construction engineers offering clarifications and directions.
- To meticulously ensure that drawings are complete and correct.




- To prepare drawings for designs in line with directions provided.
- Software requirement: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Revit is an asset), MSP, Primavera
- Experience of preparing working drawings
- Collaborate with Architects to create detailed drawings and plans for sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects.
- Preparing accurate technical drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on Architecture calculations, feedback, and design changes.
- Generate 2D and 3D models of civil structures using Revit software (preferred).
- Ensure drawings are completed within designated timelines and adhere to quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide necessary support during the design phase.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all drawings and project files.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit software will be added advantages.
- Robust technical skills and understanding of drafting principles.
- Familiarity with Commercial & Sports construction processes, materials, and codes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Software Skill:

- AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Revit is an asset).

Salary – 80 to 125K Thousand Per Month

However, no salary constraint for right candidate.
