Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company’s accounting activities and statutory requirements.

Experience in trading, manufacturing, coal, logistics or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company. •⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime. •⁠ ⁠Handle Tally Prime inventory management, including stock entries, purchases, sales and inventory reconciliation. •⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, ledgers and other accounting records. •⁠ ⁠Handle GST compliance and GST return filing.



•⁠ ⁠Manage e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill generation and compliance. •⁠ ⁠Assist with and coordinate audits, including preparation of required schedules, statements and supporting documents. •⁠ ⁠Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations. •⁠ ⁠Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances. •⁠ ⁠Ensure proper accounting documentation and compliance with applicable statutory requirements. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external consultants/auditors as required. •⁠ ⁠Ensure timely closure and accuracy of monthly accounting activities.

Required Skills &

Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience. •⁠ ⁠Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory. •⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Tally Inventory Management. •⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of GST filing and compliance. •⁠ ⁠Practical experience in e-Invoicing and e-Way Bills. •⁠ ⁠Experience in handling audits and audit documentation. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial records. •⁠ ⁠Good working knowledge of MS Excel. •⁠ ⁠Solid attention to detail and accuracy. •⁠ ⁠Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
