Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger posting, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and support in audits and internal controls
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support financial analysis for new projects and land acquisitions

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounting




- 3–6 years of accounting experience (experience in agriculture, real estate, or start-up sectors a plus)
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
