Required Skills and Qualifications /n /n

- Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), preferably including legacy versions.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java.

- Ability to analyze existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support solution development and integration activities.

- Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to prepare:

/n /n Training materials /n Knowledge-transfer documents /n Configuration guides /n Standard operating procedures /n Technical runbooks /n • Positive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions. /n Preferred Skills /n /n

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including application onboarding, authentication, SSO, and identity integration concepts.

- Familiarity with IAM technologies, access management processes, and application migration activities.

- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
