Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, visibility, and conversions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page and technical elements, and managing link-building initiatives. The SEO Manager will monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.

This role collaborates closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital marketing campaigns and business goals.



The SEO Manager is also expected to stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page optimization recommendations.
- Solid Keyword Research skills, including identifying search intent and mapping keywords to content and landing pages.
- Experience with Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking performance and reporting.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles and how SEO integrates with content, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience in managing SEO for multiple clients or brands; agency experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
