Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Rajasthan, India. The SEO Specialist will manage and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and managing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with content, marketing,



and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital properties.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize content and website structure for search engines.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues affecting search performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop and execute strategies that enhance domain authority and organic visibility.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and user behavior.
- Working knowledge of major search engines, SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar), and basic HTML/CSS is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in SEO within an ed-tech or education-focused organization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
