Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic for client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, executing link-building activities, and monitoring site performance through analytics tools. The role also involves regular SEO audits, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand and business goals.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur,



requiring close collaboration with the local team and clients.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct comprehensive Keyword Research and apply findings to content and site structure.
- Hands-on experience performing SEO Audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies and ethical outreach techniques.
- Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including metadata optimisation, internal linking, and content formatting.
- Experience using Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms) to track performance and derive insights.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar) is beneficial.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SEO within a digital marketing or branding environment is preferred.
