Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SDE AI Engineer with 3+ years of software development experience and a strong focus on AWS cloud, backend engineering, and Generative AI/LLM-based solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying production applications on AWS, developing microservices and serverless solutions, and integrating AI capabilities into applications.

- This role requires strong backend expertise with a full-stack mindset and practical experience working with modern AI-assisted development tools
- Software Engineering & Cloud3+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on cloud-based applications
- Robust programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and distributed systems
- Proficiency with key AWS services including S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Experience designing and developing microservices architectures and serverless applications
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA)
- Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- DevOps & CI/CDSolid understanding of DevOps practices, principles, and tools
- Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS CodePipeline
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain cloud-native applications across development and production environments
- Generative AI & LLM EngineeringHands-on production experience with Generative AI and/or LLM-based solutions is mandatory




- Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications such as NLP, personalization, recommendations, or intelligent automation
- Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, including integration of foundation models into applications and AI workflows
- Familiarity with AWS AgentCore and modern AWS capabilities for building and deploying AI/agent-based applications
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, model integration patterns, and LLM application architectures
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integrating AI models/agents with tools and external systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Kiro
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or Claude is a plus
- Full-Stack & Engineering MindsetStrong backend development experience is mandatory
- Ability to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production software rather than working only with AI concepts or prototypes
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to write maintainable, production-quality code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.Understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, and cloud security principles.Experience with additional AWS AI/ML services or agentic AI architectures.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
