Title - Scrum Master / Project Manager – Salesforce

Location: India, Remote

Experience: Overall 7–9 years, including 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile delivery and experience working in Salesforce projects.

Shift - 3 PM to 11 PM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support a Salesforce delivery team in an Agile workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Scrum ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking delivery, managing risks and issues, and ensuring successful sprint execution.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Salesforce projects and delivery processes, along with experience working closely with Salesforce developers, technical leads, QA, business stakeholders, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Agile/Scrum delivery for Salesforce projects.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning

- Daily Scrum/Scrum Calls

- Backlog Refinement

- Sprint Review/Demo

- Sprint Retrospective

- Coordinate with Salesforce Technical Leads, Developers, Admins, QA, and client stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting the delivery team.
- Maintain delivery plans, action items, status reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure effective process governance and adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
- Work with technical teams to monitor development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are clearly understood by the delivery team.
- Support estimation,



sprint planning, prioritization, and capacity planning.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate risks, delays, and dependencies.
- Track and manage project issues through appropriate issue-tracking tools.
- Support CI/CD and release management processes by coordinating development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate communication between the offshore delivery team and onshore/client stakeholders.
- Prepare and communicate regular project/sprint status updates.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Scrum and Agile delivery.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in technology projects.
- Experience working on Salesforce projects or within a Salesforce delivery environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and software development processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive them to resolution.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
- Experience supporting Salesforce development, enhancement, integration, or production support projects.
- Salesforce certification or familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities is a plus.
- Experience working in a client-facing delivery environment.
