Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SEO role based in Delhi, India. The SEO professional will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, and managing on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Daily tasks include technical SEO audits, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role involves collaborating with developers, content creators, and marketing team members to implement SEO best practices across websites and campaigns. The SEO specialist will also stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine strategies and drive measurable results.





Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta tag creation to improve search visibility.
- Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, crawl and index optimization, page speed improvements, and structured data implementation.
- Skills in off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and authority-building strategies aligned with ethical practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and site audit platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend clear, actionable improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with developers, marketers, and content teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing within an agency or product-focused environment is preferred.
- Interest in ongoing learning and staying updated on SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
