Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

Center for Sports Injury (CSI), a specialized Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Hospital, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fresher Scrub Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the surgical team during procedures as a Scrub Nurse.
- Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, trays, and OT supplies.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of instruments.
- Assist in counting instruments, gauze, and other surgical items.
- Maintain OT cleanliness, discipline, and readiness.
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anaesthesia team, and OT staff.

Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc.



Nursing qualification.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of OT procedures and infection control will be an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
