Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Data and

Mulesoft integration platform to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile development processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Data & Mulesoft platforms, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Scrum Leadership:

Guide and coach development teams on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove impediments and roadblocks to enable eOicient team performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Project Coordination & Delivery

Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and product owners to align business goals with technical execution.

Ensure timely delivery of solutions by tracking sprint progress, managing risks, and optimizing workflows.

Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization to maximize product value.





Support cross-functional teams in integrating with other platforms.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Serve as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Ensure transparency in project progress through eOective reporting and metrics.

Align teams on business priorities, timelines, and dependencies.

Process Optimization & Best Practices

Implement Agile best practices tailored to Data and Mule development.

Promote automation, DevOps, and CI/CD principles for the projects.

Drive innovation and eOiciency in workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & AEM Knowledge:

Hands-on experience working with Data and Mulesoft related projects in an Agile environment.

Familiarity with development processes, including front-end and back-end development.

Experience with Agile tools (e.g.ADO).

Agile & Scrum Expertise

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Secure, Kanban).

Experience coaching teams and driving Agile maturity.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
