Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.
- Identify and mitigate impediments that hinder progress towards project goals.
- Ensure compliance with agile principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience facilitating meetings such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
