Role Overview

Movate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support large-scale enterprise technology programs, including multi-cloud and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, facilitating Agile delivery, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring successful program outcomes across global teams.

This role will work closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to deliver complex projects while promoting Agile best practices and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide project status updates, dashboards, and governance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and international teams to ensure timely execution.




- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance standards.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-Ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement Sessions
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments to maximize team productivity.
- Foster collaboration across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to ensure successful execution.

Portfolio & Operational Excellence

- Support portfolio governance and performance management activities.
- Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project governance frameworks.
- Assist in maintaining delivery tools, project repositories, and reporting platforms.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across projects and programs.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 8 to 12 years of overall experience in IT, Project Management, Program Delivery, or Business Analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology projects using structured project management methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and concurrent workstreams.




- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with:
- Jira
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Teams
- Project collaboration and delivery management tools

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or Salesforce implementation programs.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
- Exposure to process mapping, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience within an Agile organization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Computer Information Systems
- Engineering or a related technical discipline

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Skilled Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent Agile certifications
