? HIRING | Scrum Master | AI + BFSI ?

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience and basic-to-good knowledge of AI/GenAI .

? Location: Bengaluru

? Budget: Up to ₹19 LPA

? Domain: BFSI / Banking / Financial Services / Insurance

? AI Knowledge: MANDATORY

Immediate joiners preferred

? Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

• Hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies

• Strong understanding of Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives & Backlog Refinement

• Good experience in stakeholder management, risk & dependency management, and removing impediments

• Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar Agile tools

- Basic knowledge of AI / GenAI / LLM concepts is mandatory





• Should be able to understand and facilitate discussions around AI-driven projects / solutions

- BFSI domain experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams

⭐ Positive to Have:
- CSM / PSM / SAFe certification

• Experience with AI/ML or Data projects

- Experience in large-scale Agile / enterprise transformation programs

• Exposure to SAFe, PI Planning or Scrum of Scrums
