We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Support Consultant with around 6 years of hands-on SAP Vistex experience to support production operations and business-critical processes across SAP Vistex and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional production support for SAP Vistex applications and business processes.
- Handle incident resolution, ticket triage and functional troubleshooting.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive solutions.
- Support business process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate functional requirements.
- Ensure effective integration and alignment between SAP Vistex and SAP S/4HANA.
- Support Vistex processes including
- Vendor Rebates
- Customer Rebates
- Chargebacks
- Claims & Transactions
- Pricing / Pricing Catalogues
- Membership / Eligibility
- Pharma Billing
- Agreements
- Drive proactive monitoring and problem management.
- Support release readiness and production deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and performance optimisation.
- Contribute to operational stability, service reliability and continuous improvement.
