Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. The role involves partnering with HR, Rewards, and business stakeholders to deliver compensation planning, salary review cycles, bonus programs, and compensation governance aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

- Gather and analyze business requirements for salary planning, bonus planning, and incentive programs.

- Configure compensation templates, worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and approval workflows.

- Design and implement compensation cycles, planning processes, and reward strategies.
