- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Incoming Inspection
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Quality Notifications
- Vendor Quality Management
- CAPA Processes
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM implementations/support projects.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality assurance business processes.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of batch management and quality certificates is preferred.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- SAP QM Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, or Manufacturing is preferred.
