We are seeking an experienced SAP Mobility Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Gateway/OData, SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), and Syclo configuration. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP mobile solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP mobility architecture, OData services, SAP Gateway, Mobile Services administration, offline synchronization, security configuration, and middleware integration. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and secure mobile solutions.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Preferred)

Timings: 8am EST to 5pm EST (USA Hours)

Job Duties :

SAP SSAM / Syclo Administration

- Configure and support SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM).
- Manage Syclo Configuration Panel and mobile application settings.
- Configure personas, features, exchange objects, mobile data objects, and application assignments.
- Implement and support offline/online synchronization.
- Configure device policies, mobile security, logging, and application lifecycle management.
- Support SSAM upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot synchronization, metadata, and deployment issues.
- Configure push notification services and mobile destinations.

SAP BTP Mobile Services

- Configure and administer SAP BTP Mobile Services.
- Create and manage mobile applications in BTP.
- Configure destinations, authentication, onboarding, and connectivity.
- Manage mobile application lifecycle and deployment.
- Configure OAuth, SAML, Principal Propagation, and Identity Authentication.
- Implement mobile security standards and governance.
- Support Cloud Foundry and Neo environments.
- Configure Mobile Application Integration Framework (MAIF).





SAP Gateway and OData Development

- Design and develop OData Services using SAP Gateway.
- Create and enhance OData services using
- Implement:
- CRUD Operations
- Deep Insert
- Function Imports
- Associations and Navigation
- Media Handling
- Batch Processing
- Configure and maintain:
- System Alias
- Gateway Activation
- SICF Services
- Service Registration
- Authorization Objects

Integration & Middleware

- Integrate SSAM with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP FSM
- Third-party applications
- Support REST and OData based integrations.
- Configure SAP Cloud Connector.
- Participate in API design and governance.
- Support BTP API Management and API integrations.
- Collaborate with enterprise integration teams.

Production Support

- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Monitor mobile application health and synchronization performance.
- Support incident, change, problem, and release management processes.
- Coordinate deployments and production releases.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Mobility, Gateway, or BTP Mobility Services experts .
- Experience with S4 and SSAM implementation projects.
- Experience migrating Mobility solutions to SAP BTP Mobile Services.
- Experience with SAP API Management and Apigee.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS enterprise mobility deployments.
- SAP Mobility, Gateway, or BTP certifications preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
