Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Project Lead with 6+ years of relevant experience and robust team leadership and project management capabilities
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MDM/MDG, Master Data Governance, data quality, data migration, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead MDM projects and guide a technical team

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP MDM/MDG projects from requirements through implementation and support

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the SAP MDM/MDG team

- Design and implement SAP MDM solutions, repositories, and data models

- Define and implement data quality rules and governance standards

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of master data

- Develop and enforce Master Data Governance policies, procedures, and standards





- Plan and execute data migration activities for SAP implementations and upgrades

- Manage data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities

- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues

- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions

- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members and end users

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations

- Prepare and maintain project, process, and technical documentation

- Provide training and support to users on MDM processes and best practices

- Stay updated with SAP MDM/MDG technologies, tools, and best practices
