SAP Hybris Developer – 4–7 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud Developer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Java, Spring, OCC APIs, and integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris applications.
- Develop and customize extensions, services, facades, controllers, cron jobs, and business processes.
- Work extensively with Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Develop and maintain OCC APIs and integrate SAP Commerce with external systems.
- Configure and customize product catalog, pricing, promotions, orders, customers, carts, and checkout processes.
- Work with Impex, FlexibleSearch, HAC, Backoffice, and other SAP Commerce development tools.
- Develop and customize Backoffice components and workflows as required.
- Implement integrations with SAP and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps, and other development teams.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce development.




- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Framework.

- Solr
- Product Catalog and Commerce concepts
- Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Pricing & Promotions
- CMS and WCMS
- Experience developing custom Hybris extensions and implementing business requirements.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Ant, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud deployments and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.
- SAP Commerce certification is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
