We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Data Migration Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data migration processes, particularly within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) framework. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that data is accurately and efficiently migrated to the new system, supporting our business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration projects for SAP BRIM implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business processes.
- Design and execute data migration strategies and plans, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the process.
- Perform data mapping and transformation activities to align legacy data with the SAP BRIM data model.
- Develop and execute test plans for data migration, identifying and resolving issues as necessary.
- Provide training and support to users on data migration tools and processes.
- Document data migration processes, challenges, and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in SAP BRIM or related SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and tools within SAP environments.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP BRIM data structures and business processes.
- Experience with data quality assessment and data cleansing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
