We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Developer with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA development and the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

The ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project, preferably using a Clean Core approach, in either SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud environments.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating SAP S/4HANA applications following modern SAP development standards and Clean Core principles.

Required Experience

- At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project.
- Hands-on development experience following the Clean Core approach.
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud.
- Strong experience in ABAP development on S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Experience with both Managed and Unmanaged RAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA applications using modern ABAP development practices.
- Design and develop ABAP CDS Views based on business and technical requirements.




- Develop and optimize AMDP for complex data processing.
- Design and develop OData services using SEGW and RAP.
- Develop business applications using RAP Managed and Unmanaged implementations.
- Develop and maintain Adobe Forms.
- Implement enhancements using BAdIs while adhering to Clean Core principles.
- Develop extensions using Custom Fields and Logic.
- Design and implement integrations using standard/custom APIs and IDocs.
- Work with middleware teams to develop and troubleshoot SAP integrations.
- Analyze requirements and provide scalable, technically sound solutions.
- Follow SAP S/4HANA development guidelines and Clean Core principles.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Experience with S/4HANA Flexible Workflows.
- Knowledge of workflow configuration and integration with S/4HANA applications.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP Build Process Automation.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and modern SAP extension/development approaches.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and ABAP development.
- Strong hands-on experience with RAP, CDS, AMDP, and OData.
- Good understanding of Clean Core and side-by-side/in-app extensibility concepts.
- Experience working on Greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile project environments.
