Responsibilities

- Providing thorough consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences, and explaining services, prepaids, treatments, and products in a clear and knowledgeable manner.
- Staff management: Handling conflicts and fostering a positive team workplace, taking care of staff's well-being and professional development, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback etc.
- Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
