About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salon Trainer to drive product knowledge, facial protocol training, and service excellence across our partner salons.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of professional skincare, facial treatments, skin types and skin concerns, along with excellent training and demonstration skills. Hands-on experience with machine facials and professional salon equipment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on SkinQ Rx products, ingredients, benefits, usage, and recommendations.
- Demonstrate and train teams on SkinQ Rx facial protocols and facial kits.




- Train therapists on different facial variants, skin concerns, and suitable protocols.
- Conduct hands-on practical training and assess staff knowledge and service execution.
- Train teams on machine-based facials and professional skincare equipment.
- Conduct refresher training and provide on-ground support at partner salons.
- Monitor protocol compliance and identify training gaps.
- Coordinate with Sales & Key Account teams for salon training and activations.
- Support new product launches, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Maintain training records, assessments, attendance, and feedback.

Key Skills & Qualification
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, skin types, and skin concerns.
- Hands-on knowledge of machine facials and salon equipment.
- Excellent training, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills.
- Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Skin & Beauty, or a related field.
- Experience with professional skincare/salon brands preferred.
- Willingness to travel across salon locations.
