Required Technical Skill Set – Salesforce QA

Job Responsibilities

 Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.

 Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.

 Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.

 Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.





 Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.

 Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

 Perform end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

 Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.

Experience Range: 5-12 Years
