: Salesforce development & Agentforce developer position

(looking for immediate Joiners) – candidate has to work in Bengaluru Hybrid

- Must have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application development with Strong coding skills and Salesforce Agent force development.
- Robust experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce security model.
- Must have experience in SOQL, SOSL, REST API and experience in creating & consuming web services.
- Must have experience in Salesforce problem solving, debugging expertise , Salesforce API Integration experience, and enhancements tailored to business requirements.
- Experience building custom actions, prompts, automation workflows, and AI-powered business processes within Salesforce.
- Strong experience Data Cloud, CRM data models, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

Core Focus: Building low-code/pro-code AI agents, setting agent topics and actions, and integrating enterprise data.
- Agent Configuration: Set up AI agents, define behavioural topics, and map natural language instructions using Agent Builder.
- Action Development: Build custom actions via Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, APIs, and Prompt Builder.
- Data Integration:



Connect Data Cloud and enterprise knowledge sources to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Testing & Guardrails: Implement safety guardrails (via the Einstein Trust Layer), perform unit testing, and optimize conversation flows
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agent force and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Configure and implement Agent force agents, topics, actions, prompts, and conversation flows to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations to support Agent force implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements and user stories into scalable Agent force and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud integrations, and AI-driven workflows based on business needs.
- Integrate Agent force with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and third-party applications.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed while implementing AI-powered solutions.
- Monitor Agent force performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI responses and automation processes.
