We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Tech Specialist with 5+ years of core experience to design, develop, and deliver high-performance solutions across our CRM and digital experience platforms. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing end-to-end customer workflows using Salesforce Service Cloud and crafting highly responsive, custom digital touchpoints on Experience Cloud (Community Portals). You will be responsible for building intricate UI customizations using Core LWC and orchestrating seamless data flows via advanced API integrations.

Additionally, you will help configure autonomous AI workflows using Salesforce Agentforce and actively drive automated software delivery via Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD release pipelines.

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Primary Focus: Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Salesforce DevOps Center, Robust API Integrations, Custom UI Design (LWC), Agentforce Configuration, and Azure CI/CD Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Service & Portal Implementation: Implement and scale features within Salesforce Service Cloud (case management, productivity tools, Omni-channel) and build custom-tailored customer or partner-facing portals on Experience Cloud.
- Custom UI Design & Engineering: Build highly responsive, modern, and pixel-perfect custom interfaces using Core Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to enhance user experience.
- API & Backend Integration: Develop, optimize, and maintain custom inbound and outbound REST/SOAP API integrations to securely connect Salesforce with external applications and middleware systems.
- DevOps Lifecycle Execution:



Execute routine release management tasks, sandbox syncs, and conflict resolutions utilizing Salesforce DevOps Center embedded within Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Programmatic Excellence: Write clean, modular, and bulkified Apex code (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous jobs) while strictly respecting Salesforce Governor Limits and system performance baselines.
- Agentforce Configuration: Configure, test, and tune autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, setting up prompt templates, topics, and actions to streamline automated business interactions.
- Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Robust proficiency in Apex (Object-Oriented design, bulk processing, exception handling) and custom Core LWC development.
- Practical design and implementation experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals).
- Solid experience designing tailored, responsive user interfaces (UI Customization) using SLDS and modern CSS/JS frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing custom web services and handling REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Direct experience deploying metadata and applications via Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD platforms (or equivalent Git-based build pipelines).
- Practical exposure or functional training on Salesforce Agentforce architectures.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) is required; Platform Developer II (PD2) is a strong advantage.
2. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant.
3. Salesforce Certified Agentforce Consultant / Developer credentials are a major plus.
