About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our agile team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with extensive experience working on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to support our clients' business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with external systems.
The Salesforce
Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, administrators, product owners, and technical leads, to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile environments.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant Salesforce experience, with proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Robust knowledge of the Salesforce core platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder, is essential.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools, understanding of Salesforce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and metadata deployment processes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and collaborative development practices is required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or Consultant certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows to meet client requirements.
- Create and manage custom objects, triggers, process builders, and validation rules to enhance Salesforce functionalities.
- Develop integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of existing customizations and solutions.
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to deliver sprint commitments effectively.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with QA teams, administrators, product owners, and technical leads to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to peer code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
