About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud modules, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex integrations, develop custom applications, and enhance our Salesforce environment to improve operational efficiency and user experience.



You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of working independently and guiding junior team members to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce design, configuration, customization, and development.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud modules.
- Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, and Lightning Components.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce features such as Flows, Validations, Approval Processes, Security Model, Data Model, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Jitterbit, Workbench, and Import Wizard.
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX-based functionalities within Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II (PD1, PD2) are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions and stakeholder management.

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
- Configure workflows, validation rules,



approval processes, and security settings to optimize platform functionality.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
