Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, sharing model, and platform best practices
- Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, reports, dashboards, and user management
- Experience in solution design, integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce environments
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and provide technical recommendations
- Solid communication and client-facing skills
- Must be comfortable working in EST hours
