Key Responsibilities: Team Management Manage and supervise a team of 10 Solar Sales Executives. Set individual and team-wise daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Allocate leads and territories fairly among team members.

Monitor attendance, activity levels, productivity, and sales performance. Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance-review meetings. Motivate team members and maintain a solid sales culture.



Identify underperformers and provide coaching and improvement plans.

Recognize and reward high-performing team members. Take complete responsibility for achieving the team's monthly sales target. Drive sales of residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions as applicable.

Monitor daily sales against the monthly target. Identify sales gaps and take immediate corrective action. Improve team performance through better conversion, follow-up, and closing techniques. Ensure healthy sales growth month-on-month.
