Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high conversion, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion

- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/packages

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

- Manage client queries, objections, and provide timely resolutions

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services

- Maintain proper follow-ups and update client status regularly

- Ensure a professional and positive client handling experience
