Job Overview

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, cold calling, references, and other sales channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.





Visit customers and prospective clients when required.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely execution of orders.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Candidate Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, or engineering company.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.

Knowledge of transformers, electrical equipment, or industrial products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
