Sales Operations ExecutiveExpress Holidays is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Chennai.

We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience who can support sales operations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day handling of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day sales and operational activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and updates.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending requirements.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales,



operations, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Degree in Tourism/Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of sales and operational processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
