Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Gorakhpur.

The Sales

Officer will engage with customers, explain product benefits, and support them in making informed purchase decisions.

Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying new sales opportunities in the local market. The role also involves coordinating daily sales operations, tracking performance, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Officer will support channel partners,



participate in promotional activities, and uphold the organization’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive new business and manage day-to-day sales activities.
- Experience or interest in Channel Sales to support distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Gorakhpur, manage time efficiently, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Ayurvedic products and the healthcare market.
- Comfortable using phones, messaging apps, and easy computer tools for follow-ups and reporting.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail, or healthcare-related sales is an advantage.
- Minimum high school or equivalent education; higher qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
