Key Responsibilities

Acquire recent customers for retail banking products and services.

Promote and sell savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and other banking products.

Generate leads through field activities, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and digital channels.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.

Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.

Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during customer onboarding.

Track sales activities and update customer information in CRM systems.

Provide prompt after-sales support and service.
