Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Marketing Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Make calls, send emails, and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
- Support the business development team in client acquisition and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and communicate company services effectively.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Meet assigned marketing and business development targets.




- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business discussions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good confidence in speaking with clients and prospects.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Willingness to learn about AI, technology, and software services.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Candidates who are confident in English communication and client interaction will be given
- preference.
