We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager – DST to drive direct client acquisition, field sales, site visits, and deal closures in the real estate sector. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field activities, references & direct client interactions . Conduct site visits and property presentations.

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure . Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets. Handle client follow-ups, negotiations & conversions. Build strong client relationships and maintain CRM updates.

Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners.

Requirements 2–5 years of field sales experience . Real Estate / Banking / Finance / Insurance experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills. Target-oriented and presentable personality. Field sales & client meeting experience mandatory. Own vehicle preferred.
