Role Requirement. : Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.Should have handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
Key Responsibilities: -Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.Achieve business targets for the LAP product .
