Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

- Set sales targets and ensure team members meet or exceed them.

- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales outcomes.

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
